Do I have to report a work injury to my employer?

Yes, you must report your work injury to your employer within120 days to qualify for a Worker’s Compensation claim. Failure to report a work injury will preclude the claim from being accepted. Your claim has a greater chance of being accepted if you report your injury immediately or soon after you were injured. If you delay telling your employer, you risk losing your entitlement to wage loss benefits.

If you have been injured on the job, I can tell you how to start your claim so you can receive full wage loss benefits.
