Deb is a paralegal at Rankin & Gregory and her focus is on the pre-litigation stage of cases. Her responsibilities are diverse and include communicating with clients, gathering the necessary documentation to make a successful personal injury claim, and medical record analysis. She possesses a genuine compassion and understanding for individuals and finds personal satisfaction in helping them through the difficulties they face after an accident. Clients benefit from her knowledge, experience, and personal commitment to each case.
Deb began her paralegal career in 1993 after attending Millersville University and Harrisburg Community College where she obtained a degree in Paralegal Studies. For more than twenty years, she has served the legal community and developed an extensive background in personal injury and Workers’ Compensation law.
Karin Marsh, Pa.C.P.

Karin graduated from Pace Business Institute in 1997 with an Associate’s Degree Business, specializing in Paralegal studies. Over the next two decades, she has specialized in the fields of personal injury and Workers’ Compensation and has a full working knowledge of the legal process. Karin shows tireless dedication to providing the utmost competence and personal attention to every client.
She has worked with hundreds of clients and assisted in the recovery of millions of dollars in lost wages, damages, and medical benefits.

Stacey Georgelis Gregory
Attorney
Attorney Stacey Georgelis has 15 years of experience defending large companies and insurance companies. She brings her vast knowledge of how the other side works to help people who have been injured and need of long-term disability coverage and/or Social Security Disability assistance. RG Injury Law calls on Stacey’s expertise any time a case requires her unique insider’s insights about how a large company or insurance firm might attempt to deny the compensation our clients deserve.
Stacey is from Lancaster County. In fact, her father, Judge Michael Georgelis (ret.), was the President Judge of Lancaster County for many years. Stacey is married to Bill Gregory. Together, they share a love of helping injured people reclaim their lives and raising their three children in the Lancaster community.
Rick Palazzo
Legal Consultant
Rick graduated from Muhlenburg College, Magna Cum Laude, in 1978, and from Seton Hall Law School in 1981. He worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Edward J. McDonough and Steven Bercik in Union County, N.J. from 1981 to 1982, and worked in a civil trial insurance defense practice. In 1986, Rick opened his own private law practice in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, limited to representing injured individuals in personal injury and Workers’ Compensation cases. Before retiring in 2015, Rick had championed the cause of injured victims for more than 29 years in all areas of personal injury law.
Although retired from the active practice of law, Rick serves as an esteemed business consultant for Rankin & Gregory. Rick contributes his vast experience and expertise from his years of having a successful personal injury and Workers’ Compensation practice in Lancaster County. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations and the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Claire Kendig
Paralegal
Claire is a paralegal for Rankin & Gregory and her focus is on the litigation stage of cases. She is dedicated to working directly with our clients to ensure that they receive the individualized personal care and attention they deserve.
Claire graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College in 2010 with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Since then, she has worked in the Lancaster County legal community, specializing in the fields of personal injury and Workers’ Compensation.
CathyAnn Litwin
Paralegal
CathyAnn recently joined the law firm of Rankin and Gregory as a paralegal with a responsibility to establish and maintain the medical records for all cases both in pre- and post-litigation stage. CathyAnn is an integral part of our Workers’ Compensation team as she requests and summarizes all case records. She started her paralegal career in 1995 with a Philadelphia law firm. For the past 16 years, she has worked in Lancaster County primarily in family law. Her experience affords her the ability to help clients work toward a solution during a difficult time in their lives.
CathyAnn holds a Pennsylvania Paralegal Certificate and is a long-time member of the Lancaster Area Paralegal Association. She and her husband Mark enjoy their vintage sports cars and raising and showing their champion English Cocker Spaniels.
Viviana Peters
Bilingual Legal Assistant
Viviana, a Lancaster County native, is passionate about helping clients that have been through a difficult and stressful experience. As a bilingual Legal Assistant, she manages many responsibilities within our practice and works closely with our attorneys, paralegals, and the clients as cases traverse the legal system.
Viviana loves spending time with her husband and their three kids, especially spending time together traveling. She is an active member for a foundation that helps children reach their goals and graduate.
Sue Rankin
Administrative Office Support Staff
At RG Injury Law – Rankin & Gregory, Sue is responsible for organizing and filing the mountain of paperwork a successful law practice generates.
Sue is a lifelong resident of Lancaster County and worked various jobs while raising her family. She retired from Lancaster Regional Medical Center after serving many years as a lab registrar. Sue’s fine attention to detail and diverse experience throughout her career makes her an extremely valuable team member.
Some of her best times are spent with her husband Rich, sons, Chad and Bill, and their families, including four fantastic grandchildren. Sue also loves traveling, reading, and winter weather.
Alice Risser
Legal Assistant
Alice graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. After college, she worked as a residential supervisor of a state-licensed group home for adults with developmental disabilities and mental health issues. She served as an advocate for the individuals with whom she worked and was dedicated to helping them get the treatment and services that contribute to living fulfilling lives. As a legal assistant to Attorney Bill Gregory, Alice applies that same compassion and commitment to each Workers’ Compensation case she encounters. Her positive energy and outgoing personality make for a wonderful addition to the exceptional personal injury law team at Rankin & Gregory, LLC.
Raysa Rivera
Bilingual Paralegal
Raysa graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, and French from Franklin & Marshall College in 2010. Throughout the past eight years, Raysa has obtained extensive experience in Civil Litigation. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Raysa brings not only her bilingual skills, but also her warm personality, and fierce dedication to provide the best quality service and attention to our Spanish-speaking clients. Raysa also shows a great commitment to her community. In 2017, Raysa and fellow colleagues organized a fundraiser for victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, raising $7,800 in relief funds.

Angela shares a warm welcome to clients as our receptionist. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Angela spent some of her childhood in Puerto Rico where she learned Spanish as well as a native. She puts clients at ease, especially during the trying times that bring them to our firm. Angela says she enjoys the simpler and “deliciously chocolatey” things in life! She is grateful for her children, family, and friends – as well as the one and only “Jim Carrey.”
